Work it While Working out

It is very important to go all the way. When I started my exercise journey I would just throw on a pair of sweats and a old holey t-shirt. I would give up soon after and wonder what happened a few months later. This time I made sure that I dressed the part right down to the shoes.  I think I have more workout clothes than street clothes. What I would suggest is not to go right out and purchase a bunch of outfits maybe just one or two really nice ones and as you continue you can set mini goals for yourself  like I did and reward yourself for meeting your goals along the way.

I am now at 196lbs and once I reach 189lbs this is going to be my reward

 I am really looking forward to rocking this in Zumba class.

What I eat

Hello everybody! I am checking in and updating my daily journey so far… I am definitely still focused on losing this weight. I amdown to 204.2 and have been hovering there for the past three days. I woke up two days in a row to a one pound weight gain on both of  these days.  I decided to do a apple day on Saturday  and was able to release 2.0 pounds. I was hoping to be under 200 pounds by my birthdate. I still have two days to lose four pounds and I am trying to eat as clean as I can. I couldn’t understand why I was not losing the weight so I refreshed myself with Dr Simeon’s book Pounds and Inches. I found out what I was doing wrong, It says to make sure each meal should be different, you are not to eat the same thing twice in a day, and that’s what I was doing wrong. I make my meals in bulk. I buy a whole cabbage and a pack of chicken and cook it all. I always have a meal ready to eat when its time to eat.

Heelloo World! I am very excited to share with you my progress so far… it has been 11 days since I started on the hCG protocol and I still ask my self why did it take me so long to get on board this train… lol

so why am I so happy?

this is over a few short days…

I must have missed a day…

now that I have a taste of weight loss success I definitely don’t want to stop! I am finally getting to where I want to be and I have had it Up2Here with be the big girl.
