After the 3 series, I decided again I needed a bigger car. After all, the kids were now both in club sports and we were taking people back and forth. Besides, secretly I had always wanted a Dodge Durango. But not just any Durango, it had to be the RT.
Yes, the Dodge Durango SRT is a total animal, but I want to be able to drive this car every day. So, I decided to get the RT. I even got it in a color combination I had always secretly wanted, blue on the outside and red on the inside. It had four captain’s chairs, which made it even cooler. It was great until someone noticed that the colors were exactly those of Spiderman!

This car lived up to the RT badging in every way. It had plenty of horsepower, it had plenty of space, it was an incredibly comfortable place to be. But it was very heavy. It was a very heavy car. Now granted, it was an SUV and I had had cars, but this was a different level of heavy. This reminded me of the RAM, and I realized I like nimble. Plus, it really was Spiderman’s colors!!!!
Earlier on I mentioned how Dodge and Chrysler’s are great with their interiors. This car had options that other car manufacturers simply didn’t have. This was the first card that I had a remote wireless charger for my phone. A little ad, but something that became a huge convenience.
