2012 Chrysler 200

After having the Chrysler Sebring for several years, it was time to move on and get a new car. I believe I had about 80,000 miles on the Sebring. Like I said earlier it had a great interior and it worked for the first 80,000 miles, all i ever had to do was standard maintenance. So, let’s get the upgrade the Chrysler 200.

This one was decked out maroon with a tan interior, which was the perfect color combination for me. The interior which I had liked so much in the Chrysler Sebring had been upgraded and I liked this one so much more. This is a good, safe choice.

My son was not all that excited in me changing cars.

My son was not all that excited in me changing cars. This car was the beginning of the fuzzy dice in my cars, because the only way I could get him to be OK with me selling the car was to get a set of fuzzy dice and put it in his window. Even with the fuzzy dice he was kind of disappointed and upset that we were trading in the blue car for the maroon car. So, when we picked up the car I said let’s walk around the dealership. Well, it was there that Harry sold his first car 🙂

A couple was considering buying a Jeep and was looking at the smaller version and Harry was about the same size and age as their children. They asked if he wouldn’t mind coming and sitting in the car so that they could see if the vehicle would fit them.  Well, Harry did that and so much more. He started to tell this couple about what he was seeing why this was too small where that button was, and why it was in a bad spot for a kid. He then took them over to multiple vehicles and explained all about the car to this couple. At this point he was no longer doing it from the view of an 8-year-old, he was someone who really knew what he was talking about car wise. At the end of that session, the couple came over to me and said thank you he had convinced us to purchase a much larger Jeep than we were going to, it may have been a Cherokee, but I don’t remember. Even the salesman came over and said thank you to Harry because he had help them buy a car that day.

You know, he never did get his name on the wall or commission 😊
